  • Depending on how you use WyrdeAI, we may collect:

    • Account data: name, email address, account identifiers.

    • Facebook Login data (if used): basic profile information such as name, profile ID, and email (subject to permissions you grant).

    • App data you provide: content, preferences, and settings.

    • Usage and device data: logs, diagnostics, and analytics used for reliability, security, and performance.

    We practice data minimization and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

  • We use your information to:

    • Create and manage your account

    • Authenticate access and secure the platform

    • Deliver core app functionality

    • Improve product quality, stability, and safety

    • Communicate essential service updates

    • Comply with legal obligations

    We do not use personal data for unrelated purposes without notice.

  • If you sign in with Facebook, we use Facebook-provided information only to support login and related account functionality, in line with Facebook Platform Terms and this Privacy Policy.

    We do not sell Facebook data.

    When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

    You can manage and delete your data directly in the app.

  • You can delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app:

    1. Open WyrdeAI

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Select Delete Account (or Delete My Data)

    4. Confirm deletion

    After confirmation, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

    If you cannot access the app, contact us at [privacy@wyrdeai.com] (replace with your real email) for manual assistance.

  • WyrdeAI is not intended for children under 13 (or higher minimum age required by local law).
    We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

  • Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
